Question for Bonnie and for anyone else that sees this on their reservation

On the Azamara web site for check in, booking tours etc, It says confirmed 0 passengers. I originally posted this question to Bonnie last February 2017 and again in August of 2017. My question is this. Why does it not give my name and does anybody else see this 0 passengers confirmed and why since it has been a year can;t it get corrected? The obvious answer is once again Azamara's lousy IT dept but I just cannot comprehend why it would take a year to add a persons name? Maybe I am just stupid or asking for something that doesn't mean anything

I had this on my reservation for the cruise I just completed. I questioned Azamara about this and was told it was a computer glitch.

My TA has questioned Azamara in Miami for over a year and still can;t get an answer or the same one you were told

Had it several times over the years, no big deal its always all ok onboard. Whilst I agree it is something that should be sorted I think there are far more pressing priorities for their systems at present. Relax its no big deal.
