Shuttle from Orlando (Universal) Hotel to Cape Canaveral hotel an option?

So my friends and I are taking a cruise next month. We have one hotel booked near Universal because my friend wants to do Harry Potter World pre cruise. The next night we have a hotel booked in Cape Canaveral. I tried calling goportcanaveral and they won't take you from hotel to hotel - they said only to a cruise.

Does anyone know of any other shuttle services that may be able to accommodate this?

Also if anyone has thoughts on maybe just doing an Uber/lyft from hotel to hotel and then a shuttle back?

Try limos.com We have used them for exactly that and other transports around FL and TX.

If just a couple of you with not much luggage then Uber/lyft will be your best bet.

 

But I think a one-way rental car will be best as it allows you more freedom near the port.

Uber/Lyft will be about $55-60+, depending upon hotel location -- I would follow Joe's advice and look at a one-way car rental.
