which ports are best/easiest for active/sports/kayaking/biking for family with teens, esp. looking for easy biking thru countryside, where we could rent bikes near port. Also, any good kayaking places that have tours that are easy to get to (or designed for) cruise ships. thanks, Elaine

We went for a bike tour in Guernsey with this outfit: http://outdoorguernsey.co.uk/, but the tour was through the ship. (We had some OBC to use up.) I believe there are also other companies in Guernsey that run cycle tours. The tour was not in St. Peter Port but along the west coast. (We did an early morning tour and had time after to wander the port.)

We didn't go ourselves, but I know there were others on our Roll Call that enjoyed a kayaking tour out of Invergordon with, I believe, this outfit: https://www.gowildhighlands.co.uk/.
