Question for a techy?

We are sailing on the Sun Princess on Dec 28th, and my husband would like to know if he can hook up a portable dvd player to the television in the stateroom. What kind of cables will he need to do this? Any information would be most helpful. Thank you so much Gigi

Yes you can hook it up.

 

There are inputs on the front of the TV to hook in the DVD player. You need the Yellow, Red, White cables to hook it up. Your DH should know what cable I am talking about.

We are just off the Sea Princess, and found that, in our cabin, we had to put a couple of the binders/hard cover books that we found in the cabin UNDER the TV set, to lift it high enough so that we could access the inputs; otherwise, there was a gold retaining bar at the exact same level as the inputs that blocked them. We used the Princess Caribbean book and the blue Princess binder, which also got them off of the vanity area.
