Baltic port cruise and shuttles

For those who have done NCL on the Baltic Capitals Cruises, is there a shuttle from port to town center in Helsinki and Stockholm? Planning trip and have Berlin, St Petersburg and Tallinn plans covered but was curious about Helsinki and Stockholm. Looking at morning half day excursions in each of these ports and want to know if it is possible to return to ship via shuttle. Thanks all.

We cruised with NCL in 2011 so my info is dated. A shuttle was provided for Helsinki.

We did not dock in Stockholm - we docked in Nynashamn (an hour from Stockholm). There was no shuttle but the ship did provide "Stockholm on your own" which was, essentially, a r/t transfer from port into Stockholm and back.

I would post this same question on the NCL board to get more recent, accurate information.
