Casino offer

How much time/money do you have to spend in the casino before you get offers/discounts for future cruise? Just insert your sail and sign card once or spend hundreds of dollars?

Only been on one cruise so far and spent a little time in the casino each day but did not spend a lot of money.

With that being said I got offers recently to book another cruise and it was better than any of the other deals (not by a huge margin ) they was offering me so I’m curious.

Carnival's Players Club has no rhyme or reason unlike some other lines.

I've chatted with lots of players and the answer is always the same.... no one knows.

You will hear some folks that only spent a few hundred dollars and others thousands and others vary greatly. Some folks may spend $10,000 and get nothing. Others might spend a thousand and get an offer. A lot has to do with the casino hosts.

The one thing that is for certain, if you make 5,000 points, you will get a drink card for the next cruise for free drinks while playing in the casino.

Its not how much you spend, its how much you gamble.. I won 600.00 on a cruise and started to receive a lot of discount offers.... You can put 20.00 in and gamble for the week.. I received 10.00 back as I got to 1,000 points on slots, but never got to 1500 for free drinks.. My guess is you will have to get somewhere in that range to get offers, but again, its money you put through the machine, which can be your money, or if you are winning, it will be the casinos money..

It really is hit or miss. I haven’t set foot in the casino my last two cruises, but still get casino offers. They no longer include casino cash, but are typically $50 or more less than the early saver rate and the last two offers had reduced deposits.

The last two cruises was just really an experiment to see if the offers would stop, guess they figure I might eventually gamble again.

We spent roughly $500 on our last cruise and got an offer. It's a slightly lower rate than the normal/published rates on the website and reduced deposit.

If you check "my offers" in your account it will show there. We also got an email.

Tomorrow's Paradise cruise is my 3rd bounce back offer from the casino at $50 per person plus $100 OBC. We just sailed on the Paradise 2 weeks ago which was also a bounce back and the one before that in Nov. on the Paradise was a free cruise courtesy of the casino from an earlier cruise in 2017. I earn 3000-6000 points per cruise on the slots depending upon how many days the cruises last. On the last 3 cruises I have played strictly on their money because of winning big the first nights. Love the Paradise casino! Normally, that does not happen on cruises. I normally spend about $1000. I also receive casino rates on Holland America. DH plays table games, but I play the $.01 slots or $.25 video poker machines. Hard to tell how the Players Club provides offers - on the Nov. cruise a woman I got to know had over 29,000 points at the end of the 5-day cruise and her bounce back offer was the same as mine with 6000 points.

I dont know how they do it, I am taking three cruises this year no casino offers, but i have been on 7 cruises and I gamble every day, craps, blackjack slots and I never get a thing!
You have my luck. I have played at least 100,000 hands of VP and have yet to get a royal.

My husband & 26 yr old son play roulette. It's a cash game. At first, they didn't hand the dealer their sign & sail. Didn't know there was a reason to. Now they do, have no idea if it's just a 'check in' or if dollar amounts are recorded. They both get casino offers. They are usually really good. Our PVP said other offers usually don't trump a casino offer.

It's a combination of both. You need to give them your S&S card when you buy in. That way they know what you started with and also they record the average size of your bet. The computer does the rest.

When you have played so many hrs x six=ze of bet, you will be given the Drinks on Us card for free drinks. Next, comes the free chocolate covered strawberries delivered to your cabin, Then, a free bottle of wine at dinner in the MDR. If you really play big maybe a Bounce Back offer under your door the last night of the cruise.

That's how it started for me about 7 years ago. Have recieved 5 BB offers, but now I get Premier Cruise offers year round.

I like the Premier cruise offers better. Free welcome party, all the above small items including cookies in the room, wine at dinner, steakhouse free for 2, drawings in the casino for cash, free gifts in your room, plus free cash waiting for you at the casino cage.

I do gamble every day of the cruise about 5 hrs a day and buy-in for $500 a day ( 3% buy-in fee is waived on Premier Cruises), so about $3000/ cruise. All winnings go up to the safe to pay back the cruise when done. The worst I have done is lost $2000 and had to pay for the cruise, but have also came home with $7000 one cruise. All in all, have about broke even and got a free cruises.

We currently have a casino offer. It's only about 50.00 cheaper than the current promotion . I called to book under the current promotion because it came with 50.00 on board credit but the carnival agent said the casino offer comes with 50.00 casino credit. That wasn't listed in our offer so if you get one, you may want to call and see if casino cash is included.
