Traffic in NOLA

With traffic being bad in New Orleans we are going to leave early to get there, does anyone know if we can park at the port early like by 9:00? Thought we would go walk around and get some beingets.

There is a Café Du Monde in the Riverside mall just outside the port.

The ship is a hundred yards away (if you didn't have to climb over a security fence to get to it.

Yes, there shouldn’t be any issue parking that early. You will be close to the end entrance to the Riverwalk Mall.
