question on cruise documents

Received my cruise package this week for our February CB cruise. There are 3 of us travelling, but included in the cruise package were only 2 copies of the Bahamas immigration forms. Does any one know if these have to be pre-filled out and mailed in or do they just have to be submitted at the pier and if so would they have extra copies there? Any advise?

The forms were available at the check in process.
