Steel Pan Workshop - Not offered with Ship but can we do on our own?

Prior to the Hurricane's of 2017, we were planning to do this workshop. Now we are headed back to the island but don't see it offered on the ship. Does anyone know if this Steel pan drum lesson is offered with another operator?
