seavino Posted February 19, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 19, 2018 I emailed their special services department at special_needs@rccl.com and received a response back that they will have distilled water and an extension cord in our room waiting for my fiance' CPAP. Easy!

trihawks1 Posted February 20, 2018 #4 Share Posted February 20, 2018 I emailed special needs 2 weeks prior re my CPAP. When I went to my room, nothing was there. I made a request with my stateroom attendant and he got the extension cord and the distilled water (a gallon) and it arrived around 8:00 pm. I also needed a small sharps container (which I had also email requested) for my husbands small needles he uses with his Tresiba insulin pen. He got that for us too. I ended up sleeping by the balcony, and tucked the extension cord under the bed to avoid tripping over it. It all worked great. nelblu Posted February 20, 2018 #5 Share Posted February 20, 2018 As others have said contact RCL. I usually contact the pre-cruise planner dept. and also ask, in addition to distilled water, an electric extension cord. These items are usually in our cabin upon arrival. spookwife Posted February 20, 2018 #6 Share Posted February 20, 2018 yep. just contact special needs( or your concierge if applicable). barring that, a quick note to the cabin steward. they will also provide an extension cord.
