Id rather be diving Posted March 4, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 4, 2018 Our first NCL cruise is coming up. I went online to schedule our choices for Burn the Floor for one night. Then we decided we'd rather go at a different time or day. How do I make that change? I could only figure out that I would do a second reservation. That surely can't be the only way. I wouldn't want to be holding a reservation for a time that I don't want to go to. HELP! Thanks, Kari
AmboyValentino Posted March 4, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 4, 2018 I think you have to call to cancel that old reservation. But, you can already make the new reservation online.
Mistizoom Posted March 4, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 4, 2018 Make the reservation for the second time. If you don't end up cancelling the first one, don't worry too much. Think of it as freeing up a spot for a person in the standby line.
LrgPizza Posted March 4, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 4, 2018 Just call and have them change it. That’s the courteous thing to do, as opposed to letting it stand. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Unlike other cruise lines, NCL's [clunky] web site does not let you cancel a reservation. You need to call their reservations number and do it over the phone. Id rather be diving Posted March 5, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted March 5, 2018 I will call today, but I was able to double book the shows. That’s incredibly stupid that it can’t be changed online. Thanks for the replies. Kari
