comiso13 Posted March 5, 2018 #5 Share Posted March 5, 2018 so there is a breakfast in the MDR on sea days and a sea day brunch? Maybe a stupid question, but I want to know all of my food options, lol.
Rodeorat Posted March 5, 2018 #6 Share Posted March 5, 2018 Yes there is breakfast on sea days. My favorite is steak and eggs. You get filet mignon for breakfast with home fries delicious. Never eat breakfast from buffet always go to the dining room! Sent from my iPhone using Forums

On sea days the Seaday Brunch menu is served and the menu has both breakfast and luncheon fare on it.

comiso13 Posted March 5, 2018 #9 Share Posted March 5, 2018 guess I should have looked closer on Carnival.com about this topic. It shows a dining room will have breakfast for a few hours, then a lunch for a few hours on sea days. Or they will have a brunch from 9:30am to 1pm. This is on cruises of 9 days or more, and I am on a 14 day cruise. So since it may alternate between the 2, I will need to check the daily Fun Times. Journey cruises are different and the Seaday brunch days are often broken up to offer a couple of "throwback" lunches in the MDR. Have fun! If interested, on longer cruises there may well be more than one cooking demonstration, which can make for a nice, if not light, lunch. If also a Journey cruise, there will be a bonus cooking demonstration, perhaps in the afternoon. Not all cruise 9 days are longer are Journey cruises.
