What time to arrive at Port Orleans?

Hello Everyone,

 

We are on the Triumph in a couple of weeks. This will be our first time sailing out of New Orleans. We have purchased FTTF for this cruise so I was wondering what is the earliest time we can get to the port? What time do they start letting people through check in?

I entered the terminal at 10:13 am and there were about a 100 people already seated.

We arrived at 10:30 at the parking garage, dropped off out bags, and parked. We also had FTTF. After we checked in and received our sail and sign cards, we had to wait about and hour before the boarding started. I think we boarded about 11:45-12:00.

Even with FTTF, boarding won’t start until 11:15, 11:30. Get there early enough to park and go through (priority FTTF) check-in before boarding starts, but I can’t see why you would want to get there at 9am and wait around for two hours plus.
