Port Canaveral no longer doing pre-pay parking. Anyone use this recently?

:confused:I went online to pre-pay my parking as we always have done and I see it no longer offers pre-paid parking. No huge deal because we always get there early but it also says “Parking is $17 per day including day of arrival and departure.” Somehow they are doubling up on day of arrival and departure. Not sure why I have to pay $17 when I’m gone by 9am on day of departure. :confused:

Paying for the extra day has been normal for several years now.

We use Park n Cruise. Much cheaper than the port. Great shuttle service never a wait.

We have also used Park n Cruise a couple times and have been very happy

They did away with prepay around 6 months ago. Offsite parking places in PC also charge for both embarkation and disembarkation days

Paying for the extra day has been normal for several years now.

:D I found all my old reservation and sure enough you are right.

We just sailed out of Canaveral last month. You pay as you enter the parking garage. They have people there if you want to pay cash or you can use a credit card.

 

Sadly paying 8 days for a 7 night cruise has been in place for awhile..
