Dining time

Exactly as above--call now (TA will need to do this if you used one) and ask to be waitlisted for main seating. On most cruises, this is 5:45. If you don't get it thru the wait list, go to the location for "Dining Changes" as soon as possible after boarding and make the request there.

If all else fails, you can feed the toddler in advance and go to the dining room with an umbrella stroller. If he/she falls asleep, you are able to transport them to the room without waking them up.

You can definitely request the switch and, if it's not available right away, get put on the waitlist. Another option is to consider it your chance for date night dinners and reserve the nursery during your dinner time. Feed your 2 year old earlier while enjoying the family time, then drop off your kiddo and enjoy a leisurely adult-only meal.
