thinking of taking a 7 night cruise from east coast to Bermuda at which the ship seems to stay at the dock regardless of which cruise line- for 3 consecutive days, so my question is during those 3 docked days would the casino on the ship be closed 24/3 ? thanks

Depends with cruise line. They must pay a fee in order to stay open. NCL pays this fee.

NCL pays for a gaming license, so they open each night. The shops, however, remain closed.
