hotels after cruise

In March 2019 we will be going on a cruise and plan on staying couple of days afterwards. We will be cruising out of Port Canaveral. Can anyone recommend a hotel that offers shuttle service from hotel to pier and then from pier to hotel?

We're staying at the Courtyard by Marriott coming up in May. They have a shuttle but since most of the hotels around there use shared shuttles, we'll likely Uber everywhere.

If you are staying for a couple of days post cruise I would rent a car, put the bags in the trunk, and then stay where you want - don't focus on the "free" shuttle. ;)

Which Courtyard? The one by the airport?

 

We stayed a couple of days at the one right across the street from the beach and it was wonderful. Of course more expensive than the airport hotels but if you want to extend your vacation very worth it. It did not have a shuttle so we taxied from the airport and to the ship.

As you probably know already there are 19 hotels to pick from in Cocoa Beach and several more in Cape Canaveral. Do not be concerned about shuttles as someone suggested above but focus rather on the best hotel for your family! It is impossible to suggest one because we do not know your preferences.

My mistake - had a brain fart on Canaveral, the CY we stayed at was at Ft. Lauderdale Beach, for Port Everglades.

No worries :D

 

When we go out of Port Everglades, we get an AirBNB in Miami Beach then Uber back and forth.
