I needed to contact the Maitre'd on the Horizon also and she passed my request along and got a response within 24 hours ... or you can try the Horizon Steakhouse Manager HZSUPPER@carnival.com but I find Polina much more responsive.

Based upon the email address for the Horizon Steakhouse Manager provided above, the email address for the Maitre'd on the Horizon should be HZmaitred@carnival.com. Hope this helps.

When requesting a table for a group would you need to indicate everyone's name? booking number? or just the person requesting, provided they all have been tied to a specific dining time?

It should be noted that the Maitre'Ds are not expected or responsible to respond to guest emails. If you have a specific dining request, it is asked that you post to JH's Facebook page 4 days ahead of sailing and he will forward it on.
