Pre or post cruise Berlin tours

Our cruise is sailing out of Warnemunde but we are arriving in Berlin 2 days early to explore the city. Does anyone have any recommendations for tours? Most that we've seen leave out of Warnemunde, but we need a comprehensive tour starting in Berlin. Thanks!

We lived in Berlin for several years and did not have need of organized tours, but our houseguests would often tour while we were at work. The tour group that we recommended was the Original Berlin Walks. They offer a number of different tours for whatever your interests may be. And if you want to organize a private tour, they can do that for you too.
