Carnival Hub App, changing cruise countdown

We booked a cruise last January that was 2 years out and I put it in the Carnival Hub app to watch the countdown. Now we've booked a cruise for next year. Is there a way to update to show the new cruise countdown?

No problem, glad I could help. To be honest, I just figured it out when I read your question. I was all set to tell you just to uninstall/reinstall, but figured I'd try a couple things first. Learned something new myself. :) I also realized that you don't even have to tap & hold. Just tapping one of the numbers (or between them) brings up the option.

How do you put a countdown in the Hub app? Everything I try tells me to connect to Carnival WiFi.

It’s probably still set to the last cruise you were on. Just go to settings and log out. Once you’ve logged out of the old cruise the countdown clock should show up. Just enter your sail date and the countdown clock should start working.

From what I can see, the Carnival Hub app is pretty useless until you are on board. There are several other cruise apps that actually give you useful information about your itinerary and ports of call. Take a look at Ship Mate.

WOW!!! Thank you. It was just that easy. Now I just hope I remember my password when it comes time to connect to Carnival.

There is no password. When you get on the ship you connect to Carnivals wifi then put in your portfolio number into the app and you're in. ;)

i was just having this issue since i just booked another cruise for 2021 on the Mardi gras - u dont have to uninstall but u do have to log out and log back in the ur other sail date to see that countdown. i think carnival needs to come up with a way for u to be able to see both without having to log out and back in every time because thats a pain in the butt
