Skwir--I think there's two. This is the one cruise We're not bringing any Formal ware. Ten days just to relax and be ourselves. Read somewhere on the last cruise, only about 25% dressed formal. We'll just go to the other resturant on that night. I couldn't belive it when the wives agreed with us about no Formal. They too just want to enjoy the 10 days and just relax the whole time :) Wonders never end--LOL Ron

On our last 10 day on the Dawn we had two Optional Formal Nights. The first was the on the first full day at sea and the 2nd was the last full day at sea.

Like the last poster said, it's only between 25 & 35% that get dressed up now.

Happy Sailing,

Monty

On the Jewel there also were two. Both nights, especially the first most people did dress, but not a bunch actually in tuxes and formals. Of course this was a transatlantic cruise which I think draws a little different group than the basic cruises. DH would rather not dress up at all. Maybe a sport jacket, but that is as far as he likes to go. NMNita
