Cloud 9 Spa Cabin - Spa Access Limited to the First Two Passengers?

We're considering a Cloud 9 Spa cabin for an upcoming Magic sailing... There will be 3 of us in the cabin. We booked a Cloud 9 cabin on the Dream about 5 years ago, but it only included free access to the spa facilities for 2 passengers per cabin, so we had to purchase a spa package for our son. Does anyone know if this "free spa for the first 2 passengers per cabin only" rule for Cloud 9 cabins is still the case? Thanks!

From Carnival Website:

CLOUD 9 SPA

The Cloud 9 Spa centers are over 20,000 square feet and encompass two forward decks (one deck on the Carnival Sunshine). Some of the facilities are capacity controlled and extra charges may apply.

The Cloud 9 Spa and Cloud 9 Spa staterooms and suites are on the following ships: Carnival Breeze, Carnival Dream, Carnival Horizon, Carnival Magic, Carnival Panorama (arriving in 2019), Carnival Splendor, Carnival Sunshine and Carnival Vista.

Guests in Cloud 9 Spa accommodations have access to the spa and are eligible for exclusive spa packages and discounts (applicable to the first two-adults in each Cloud 9 stateroom). These staterooms and suites have additional in-room, spa-related amenities and decor different than other accommodations - in harmony with the soothing and relaxing theme of the Cloud 9 Spa.

So, yes only the first two are included

Also, here are prices.. and not sure how old your son is, but there are limits for anyone under 18 as well.
