Bonaire cruisers-golf cart storage

We will be renting the golf carts on Bonaire.

 

Is there locked storage (like a trunk) for things like our beach bags?

We just got back from our cruise to ABCs and we rented these carts, so much fun zipping around the island stopping as we pleased-snorkel or take pics. There is not a locked storage. We took our bags with us and anything of value, and of course take the key to the golf cart. IF snorkeling, then may want a dry bag. We stopped several places and left our bags on the beach and no one disturbed them but usually one person stayed behind to keep an eye on things. Have Fun!!!

As I posted elsewhere, do not leave anything in the cart or the basket. Take a small backpack or carryall that you can take with you at stops.

Leaving your stuff on the beach unattended is risky, unless you're in a secure location like Divi or Plaza resort.
