They say the karts are approximately 10 mins. You wear a bonnet under the helmet...

And I delayed our group by 5 mins while they struggled to find a helmet that would fit me. In the end, the XXL did not, but I made it do...

Can’t make this ship up.

 

It was almost fun for me. My kart was speed-restricted pretty bad, and others could freely pass me. After 7 or 8 mins, I had my fill, and still had 2 or 3 to go.

 

The track area itself is very well designed.

I must say I don't think I've ever had to wear a "bonnet" or helmet when riding go karts. I'm sort of okay with the helmet but I'm not sure about the bonnet. I wonder how often they get sanitized. Am I the only one wondering that? Eww So plan on a bad hair day after wearing that. lol

If the bonnet is the only thing in contact with the helmet, then it's just the bonnet that needs to be clean. Or at least that's my guess. Way easier to have hundreds of those then helmets.

When the casino is not open, smoking is only permitted in the Humidor Cigar Lounge and a small section of Spice H2O...

When the casino is open, and you’re gambling, you can smoke in the enclosed “courtesy lounge” across from Skyline Bar.

 

I’ve asked several “higher” crew members about people smoking outside the enclosed portion of the casino (based on the earlier comment), and each time I’ve felt like an arse for asking because they’ve stated it’s absolutely not permitted.

Sue is at the Thermal Spa right now. I couldn’t go, too many commitments.

I made the tickets. Buy-in was $20. Top player had 300+ win and walked away with $281. 2nd place received $168. We then had random drawings for 10 bottles of wine and 3rd place, which was $112.

 

We cashed out $15 each for the individual tickets.

 

Ticket format worked great - no lists to maintain.

 

 

Was the Slot Pull done on ONE machine? If so, that's a miracle..:)

Amen to that. I hate being around people that are constantly looking for something to complain about. I find that positive things happen to positive people and vice versa.

I'm sure you have clarified this earlier - but I have read do much....SO are these the ONLY smoking areas on the ship that you listed here?

(When the casino is not open, smoking is only permitted in the Humidor Cigar Lounge and a small section of Spice H2O)... Is there smoking permitted any other place? Nowhere outside on the ship on any other deck?
