How long does it take Carnival to process a refund?

Any idea? I booked with a 100% refundable deposit and then cancelled for a different itinerary and was told they wouldn't transfer the deposit but would refund it 100%. Any idea on time line? I though they said a few days but we are passed that... wondering if 10 days is too soon to call?

Might only take them (Carnival) a few minutes to issue the credit. It could take your financial institute a few weeks to credit your account.

I knew someone would say that lol. I normally use a credit card but was at work and went for a good price and didn't have the cc with me. No big deal, I'll get the refund at some point but was curious as to when to expect it.

The new cruise was booked on a cc this morning will be paid off end of the month - I wanted the rewards and the protection.
