Easiest Carnival Havana Excursion?

We are trying to pick our excursion, and are mindful that most say there is quite a bit of walking, as well as most lasting something like 7 hours. For those who have been there, what was the easiest excursion, exertion-wise?

Can't comment on the Carnival excursion but most of the walking tours I have seen are only two hours with breaks for the bathroom etc. If they are longer, they normally include lunch.

There is also a Hop On, Hop Off bus that departs 45 steps to the left from when you come out of the cruise terminal building. Cost is 10 CUCs per person.
