Ruby - Alaska - Formal Nights

Could someone please tell me which two nights are formal. We're trying to decide which night we want to go to the Crown Grille, but don't want to miss the formal evenings. Thanks!

When the formal nights are held can vary depending on the length of the cruise, the port schedule, and when the sea days occur. They are usually on sea days but sometimes on days when the ship leaves a port early in the afternoon.

Formal night will not be on the first or last evening aboard ship.

When you board the ship the Patter will list among many other things the nights that will be "formal". The alternative is to contact the CG either by phone or in person and they can tell you when the formal nights are. You can then make a reservation on a non-formal night. The best time to do this is the day you board. In the early afternoon on boarding day I go by the CG and usually find someone there that can take reservations.
