Best experience has been with one waitress over the course of several years. She’s remembered DD’s allergies and now we always get HOT ribs whether we want them or not.

I sailed on Splendor 3 times within about 2 years. I was recognized by the maitre d along with the hostesses at the MDR. I was also recognized by the atrium bartender. It was nice to be recognized.

Yes. Bartenders, Waiters, and Room Stewards. Tends to happen when you sail the same ship multiple times a year. I have become friends with several over the years and even keep in touch with them on FB (they asked me). One RS told me he was my RS the last time and even remembered what cabin I stayed in! I thought he looked familiar, but it didn’t click until we started talking.

We sailed Legend from Tampa, through Panama Canal, ending in Long Beach in August 2014. We had seven seas spread throughout and there were a lot of activities on board. Captain Gazzano participated in many activities and spent a lot of time with passengers.

Fast forward to July 2015. We sailed Legend to Alaska. As we walked the ship upon embarkation, who do we come upon? Captain Gazzano! When we saw him, we yelled out, Captain!!" He strolled over to chat. He remembered us. We reminisced and laughed about how wonderful the Panama Canal cruise was. He even sent us gifts to welcome us back.

There have been many other crew members with whom we've sailed more than once. It amazes me how they remember us after sailing different ships and meeting tens of thousands of passengers.

Yup many times years ago, not the last three years because we cruise Carnival less. The staff are amazing. Even corporate that I think has their head up their ass sometimes, has been very generous at recognizing us in a different way but always appreciated. The ship staff are the best of Carnival.

I just sailed Pride 3X in 8 weeks so yes, I was recognized in most areas I frequent, especially MDR, casino and bars.

Happened to us the first time this year. I was on the Paradise in December and then the Elation in March and a photographer we ran into often on the Paradise saw us on the Elation and said hi.
