Drinks in specialty restaurants

If you have the UBP, will alcoholic drinks be included in specialty restaurants? We have the 2 free at sea perks and went for the 3 specialty meals and UBP but I'm just curious if alcoholic drinks are included in specialty meals.

As long as the drinks fit the rules (ie under $15, no flights, no souvenir cups, etc) the package works throughout the ships.

Yes. Stick to drinks $15 and under. Otherwise, you have to pay the difference + 20 percent.
