Someone did this excursion: ISLAND OF SANTORINI AND VILLAGE OF OIA (winery tour). Do you know if the winery is in Oia? Thank you.

We did not do this excursion personally, but we had rented a car and stopped at winery on our own at the end of our day, and we saw lots of cruise ship passengers there. So I would bet it is the Santo winery. We really enjoyed our stop there - good wines and side plates of food, and a beautiful view.

We rented a four wheel ATV & did the same thing, arrived at OIA a little more than an hour before the cruise ship tours arrived, which packs the little town. We then stopped for lunch in the main town, toured the winery, & then went to the black sand beach. If you're phisically able & willing to DIY it, I'd highly recommend it, you'll experience more & pay far less. :D

I took that tour in 2016 - it was the Santo winery and it was really nice. Haven’t done many ship excursions (a grand total of 2) since I normally go my own way, but did enjoy this.
