Which fort did I go to?

Can someone tell me which fort we visited? We left the ship and went straight up hill. Here are some of the pics.

How was the walk from ship to fort? Distance? time? difficulty? stairs? We are cruising with multigenerational family...1-75 YO (one uses a scooter). Wondering if a walk to the fort was possible and worth the walk.

I believe a couple of free trolley routes are running. For those that would find a fairly steep 15 minute uphill walk challenging, this might be an option.

See the thread about seeing one fort versus the other, this topic just came up. San Cristobal has quite a hill to get inside (apparently El Morro does not -we only did the one). But there are details and photos in the thread. There is a shuttle to the forts to cover that part.

It's San Cristobal, the Morro is at the entrance to the Bay and from the Morro you do not see the cruise ships docked in port.
