Anchorage arrival time with Princess transfer from Whittier???

Hello!

It’s our first time on Princess, our first time to Alaska. Sailing on the Star out of Vancouver.

What is the earliest arrival to Anchorage visitor center at the end of the cruise. We will have to request an early transport, since its usually arranged by flight times. I’ve heard the latest arrival is noon?

I really would like to know the earliest so that we can make tour arrangements :)

Just off the Golden. Had a 8 am exit time, met the bus outside in the cruise terminal at 8:45, the bus left at 9 am to make the tunnel time. We arrived in Anchorage about an hour and 45 minutes later. No weather issues or traffic issues.

Also off the Golden yesterday. Out time of 7am, Bus pulled away at 7:45ish and through the 8am tunnel. The driver gave us the option of going to the airport or the Princess tourist center in Downtown Anchorage. We arrived at the airport at 9:30ish. Great tour guide too!

The other replies are very accurate. Do be forewarned, though, that the highway is known for occasional lengthy road closures due to accidents and road construction. You likely won’t experience any; just want to prepare you.
