Chefs Table

Seaside has a Chef Table in the Butchers Cut but it’s nothing like we’ve experienced on other lines like HAL. It’s an outrageous amount of food but very delicious.

Could you be more specific? The only Chef Table I have done was on Royal Caribbean; it had 5 or so set courses with very upscale food and the chef explaining each course, with matching wine provided. Is the Butchers Cut Chef Table like this?

We were at a table set for four and the only two booked for the time we dined. The food served was for four to share, but we didn’t know this till later in the meal. It was a set menu and we had a bottle of wine for the evening. If you search for chef table on cruise critic you will see discussions including my own comments. It was a 5 or 6 course meal. I’ll be glad to send you pictures of them by email if you like.

The Maitre D explained each course and we let the Sommelier chose the wine. If in the YC you probably could order a different wine with each course.
