Brilliance of the Seas???

Recommended Posts

Thinking of doing a 5 nt Western Caribbean on B of the S in Nov 18. Can anybody advise how the ship/ cruise is. I’ve only done 7 nt cruises but looking for a quick getaway. Thanks in advance.

We've had several cruises on Brilliance in recent years, including a transatlantic. Ship was in excellent shape

That’s great to hear, thanks for the info.

Never been on that ship, but other's have answered your question about the ship.

We normally do 7 day cruises also, but took a 5 day last year as a quick get away. We really missed those last two days, when we got off the ship it was like we forgot something, very odd feeling. If it is a time constrant, there is really nothing you can do, go, enjoy it. If you are trying to save a few bucks, I'd really try and find the money for the two extra days. Stay in an inside, don't gamble, no shore excursions, something.

Sometimes it is a scheduling issue and not a monetary issue for passengers to take a 3/4/5/6 night cruise.

The Brilliance is a beautiful ship and is very nice for 5 nights.

OP, as long as you don't expect some of the amenities of a larger ship ( Ice rink, flow rider, etc.) you should enjoy the ship.
