Carnival website issues?

Is anyone else having issues getting into the Book Excursions section on Manage My Cruise? I have been checking often to try to get FTTF and since after midnight, ironically when I hit my 90 day mark, I can not get into the excursions site.. It says the site is down to call Carnival at a 1-800 number if I need help

I just logged in and went to the Cruise Manager, then to "Book Excursions" without any issue. Have you tried a different web browser or cleared your cookies and files in whatever browser you're using to access the Carnival site?

I'm getting errors all week when I click the smaller bottom links, but can get to the same locations if I click up above or do a search. Their website often seems to have quirks like this. Maybe try a different browser. I was using Chrome when I got those errors.

Thanks for the replies. I did not call. I rather speak with my PVP and I don't want to bother her on a Sunday just for that. I will try clearing cookies and see if that work

 

. I just tried on my phone and I am able to see excursions on there so it must be my computer.
