MyVegas RCI rewards gone?

I was having a look at the MyVegas rewards and noticed the RCI rewards have disappeared.

 

Is it the same for you guys?

 

I really hope it comes back soon, as we would like to redeem points for OBC!

Question regarding the Royal awards...when do you redeem for the OBC? Is it tied to booking timeline or sailing timeline? DD and I are sailing Allure in August which we booked in February

IIRC, it's based on when you book. I believe you need to claim the reward and contact them within 30 days of booking your cruise.

I haven't seen any Royal rewards on there since the morning of June 1st which is, of course, the day I booked my cruise. I had 1,000 points to go to be able to redeem for obc. Since getting those 1,000 points there have been no Royal rewards. I will be so mad if they don't come back in my 30 day window of opportunity.

I am not seeing RCL either. I hope they come back. Carnival and NCL were available also in the past. Unfortunately they have not returned.

I believe. They will be back after the summer. I've noticed the "must be used by" dates on a few of their rewards dated June 30, 2018.

I see RC rewards are back but now only $50 obc and the 5% discount are there.

These come and go seasonally.

 

Typically Q1 and Q4 have the most inviting offers...

It seems harder to redeem them now even when they are available. The last 2 cruises I booked we couldn't use them based on how our booking was done. Very strange.

I just started playing this year and both cruises I went on, they weren’t allowed to be combined with the casino discounts. Seems like most people that would play this game would already be getting a casino rate.

Do they ever have free cruises, or is it always obc? I have 600,000 points that I’ve been trying to save for a good cruise promo.

I tried to redeem points for OBC and this is the response:

 

"Unfortunately, it looks like you already have casino offers on your reservation. MyVegas offers are not combinable with any other casino offers. Thank you for your understanding."

Guess the points are nothing more than useless points.

I remember them disappearing for a while last year. It was replaced by NCL. That went away and MSC came on plus Royal came back. I'm still collecting my gold coins hoping they come back soon!

I'm hoping for Royal or Carnival to come back. I just sailed Pride out of Baltimore on May 13. Their last cruise out of Baltimore on this promotion was the end of June or July (can't remember, but one of the 2). I wanted to squeeze it in before school let out. That became available last September, so hoping one of these 2 will let something out. Still saving and getting more points. Saving a portion for the taxes/fees so I'll be ready too.

You can only redeem another one after a specific time lapse. I think it is one reward every 3 months or so. It doesn't matter the point value either. It says this somewhere in the fine print on the reward. It is also one reward at time of booking only.
