Sigh. So frustrating...

The departure time of 2:00 pm..are all of the shuttles there at that point?

I booked a walking tour that departs at 2...looking like I may have to cancel.

Thank you for your help.

You got a BUS. Could that be because you were Haven? We are not Haven.

Other people- did you get BUS or TRAIN or a combination?

Thanks again.

Hi, everyone got Bus, no one with the "free" transport from NCL was put on the train. Apparently, they used the train a few sailings before mine and it was a disaster (trains were delayed leaving the city in the afternoon and emergency buses had to be sent to pick up hundreds of passengers), so now they are only using buses. Enjoy beautiful Sweden! Lynne

Hi, not all the shuttles were departing at 2, but that was the only one we were offered. And I pushed it with the concierge pretty hard. We were on the HoHo buses departing at 4:15 and there was still a NCL shuttle bus next to ours taking people at that hour. But, you have no guarantee that you'll get the later slots. Can you move your walking tour to the morning or til noon? Or consider paying to use HoHo...or some people did independently use the train. We were just too nervous to depend on public transportation and the HoHo had stops at some of the places we planned to visit (like the Vasa), so it worked out fine. I just was so annoyed that we had to pay $79 pp to basically get a ride to the place where our ship was supposed to dock. Thanks NCL for your deceptive marketing.

Good luck and enjoy beautiful Stockholm!

Lynne
