Best to pre purchase Wifi or use Elite benefits on-board?

I haven't cruised Celebrity in a while so am wondering if I should pre purchase Wifi (it is 10% off in my cruise planner right now - $224 ) or would I get a better discount if I wait till I am onboard the ship? Sailing next month on Solstice to Alaksa.

Do you have status with Celebrity? If so, you may have a discount on board. You may also combine the pre cruise discount with the status discount but will have to call Celebrity as you cannot do this online.

If you are Captain’s Club Elite you can get 30% off the unlimited internet package, plus if you buy that before you sail you get an additional 10% discount [emoji4]

There may well be a way to snag the Elite discount online, but I just call Celebrity reservations and do it on the phone, thus getting the elite discount on top of the slightly cheaper pre-cruise price.
