Some seem to complain, on other threads, that Carnival Corp is taking over the railroad and dock completely, however, that is not the way this ADN article reads. Carnival Corp will only have a minority holding in the railroad through their Holland America Group, headed up by CEO, Stein Kruse. The majority investor will be----"Survey Point Holdings, based in Ketchikan, Rail Management Services, and the shareholders of a port operator company called Progeny 3 Inc."---whoever they are:
