Carnival Player Club offer question

I received my first significant offer for my next cruise from the CPC. Our cruise ended last week and the offer still isn’t in my listed offers on the website.

Do I have to call my vacation planner to find dates and availability for the offer. Or is there somewhere on the website I don’t see where I can put in the three letter code of the offer

Call your PVP or the number provided in the offer. Some CPC offers never show online. Availability and inventory can vary up until the expiration date on the offer, so even if you don't immediately have something that will work for you, you can keep checking until the offer expiration date.

Good luck!

Usually all my bounce back offers from the casinos appear in my VIFP offers within a day or so after returning from the cruises. I would contact the Player's Club and send them an email about it. It has been my experience if you call Carnival and try to talk to a PVP about casino offers, they only refer you to the Player's Club.

get another pvp, cause they should be able to pull up all your offers, including those from the casino, and handle everything! if they don't/won't, they're lazy, get another!

I don't think that's true. When they were sending out elite offers, they did not show up in your VIFP profile online. And when I called my PVP they couldn't see it. It had to be booked with the Carnival Player's club. However that has not been my experience with previous bounceback offers. But maybe that has changed with the new club.

Carnival Player's Club has started doing some things differently under their new program. My most recent CPC offer booking had to be booked by calling the number provided in the offer which was for the CPC and it never showed online. There was no other option provided to inquire nor book it. That being said, I currently have 5 other casino offers that are showing online. It depends on the type of offer. Simply follow the instructions in the offer.

Last week we booked 4 weeks of cruises, all casino offers, one an ultra cruise, all through our PVP!

Give them the code if they can't see it, works for us!
