Discounted cruise for Royale VIP

Hi all has anyone had any luck with the new family or friends discount offered by

Casino Royale as when I called they hadn't any idea what I was on about.

I will be on my first comt cruise 9 days South Pacific in a Junior Suite

I upgraded from a balcony for only $500 New Zealand Dollars this included port charges and taxes

This was a great deal and would love to help discount a cruise with this offer for my friend.
