I was not in the mood to deal with getting it "fixed" since it did not recognize me anymore since the change. I wanted to look at the amenity gifts I choose, I leave Sunday for a cruises do I booked a yr ago. I could not find the upgrade preference or gift choice preference, so I called them back and asked where it was. I was told it no longer exists and I have to call and they will read it to me. Does this sound correct? It's a long list. I am d+, so there are a couple of layers of choices. Is there a printable list? Does anyone else feel like it's a way to discourage you?
