We had infant twins on our last cruise, so we made sure to call and have something added to our confirmation number. It really didn't do any good though. We still had to tell the steward we needed two. literally, multiple times. He didn't really understand "two" until he saw both babies lol.

Took granddaughter pack and play with us as I did not want an actual crib. Were able to load lots of diapers into the carry case along with p&p.

If you are talking about the casino pack n play offer, check under your VFIP number, that is where your offers usually show up. You might get an email or snail mail offer.

Since you appear to be a very experienced cruiser, I'm guessing you're inquiring about a Carnival casino Pack and Play offer. Be aware Carnival recently revamped their casino program where there are 4 basic types of casino offers: Getaway, Premier, Ultra, and Elite. Since this change occurred though, I have received a free cabin casino offer via email that does not fall into any of those categories. I was recently sent an offer via email that had a link to view available ships/sailings for a free inside cabin. Those types of offers must be booked by calling a provided phone number and cannot be booked online. When I immediately called when my email was received, some options were already gone, so I'm guessing Carnival has secret qualifying criteria that isn't published about who gets offers first, and then others are sent the offer later causing some ships/sail dates to become unavailable.

 

So the short answer to your question is, I'm not sure the "Pack and Play" casino offer you are referencing is still a current Carnival casino offering. Carnival either shows your passenger-specific targeted offers in your offers available online (after you log-in on their website), or sends them to you via email. Either way, Carnival casino offers are by invitation only depending on your past play in their onboard casinos. You can see any available casino offers by logging in on Carnival's website and checking your offers.

 

That being said, if you're inquiring about a crib-like thing for a baby, I have no idea. I've never cruised with a baby. :)
