cabinluvn Posted June 22, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 22, 2018 I saw someone on here stated the steam room was free but the sauna and thermal pools were a charge. Is that true for all ships??? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk I have not sailed on the newer/larger HAL ships, but on the smaller HAL ships that I have been on, the sauna was in a public place, but the steam rooms and thermal pools were in the Spa area and there was a charge to use them. frankc98376 Posted June 22, 2018 #3 Share Posted June 22, 2018 Vista and signature have VERY small saunas between the Lido pool area and Spa open to public. Steam is in Thermal Suite $$ area.

IslandThyme Posted June 22, 2018 #5 Share Posted June 22, 2018 I've asked this elsewhere but never saw an answer. Are the steam room and sauna single-sex clothing optional, or must one wear a suit? I'm wondering about Amsterdam specifically, but I assume that all ships are the same in this regard.
freestyling Posted June 22, 2018 #6 Share Posted June 22, 2018 The steam rooms are co-ed. The sauna are specific to gender but i’ve always seen suits in the Men’s sauna and I know my wife wears her suit in the ladies sauna.
