Encore - Sushi Restaurant, menu

We went there the other night so I’m posting these menu pics separately from the photo I posted in the Restaurant post (that pic is from the brochure provided in room)

 

Notes: all of the appetizers (all 3 of the small plates) we chose were excellent. Quality of fish (we had Nigiri —salmon, tuna, and a couple of others) was good.

 

If you know your sake, you’ll be disappointed with the selection —it’s “hot” or “cold”, not specific brands or styles you might be familiar with. I found it to be in the middle — not too sweet, not dry. I tend to like earthy, nutty sakes, which this wasn’t but it was fine for the situation (I am not a sake connoisseur).

 

Hours listed: 6-8:45pm, no reservations needed. Most tables are for 2 so larger groups may want to call in advance. They do have a sushi bar available.
