From what I've seen the best deals and sales occur when purchased before the cruise. They had a 30% off sale when we booked, better than any on board specials I've heard of.

Generally, the best onboard prices will be offered on a port day. Also, you get more off if you bundle treatments........10% off 1st treatment, 20% off second, 30% off third. And, don't miss the spa raffle on embarkation day.....they raffle off quite a few for free. Enjoy your cruise.
