Non-Refundable OBC

We are booked on a cruise and have too many OBC than we can actually use. We have already pre-paid our gratuities as part of a promotion and received beverage package from our TA.

 

Being Non-Refundable, I assume that its either Use it or Lose it. Is there a way I can cash out these OBC? Maybe at casino or might be able to buy Carnival Gift cards if they sell them onboard?
