Those cabins that are connected by doors inside the cabins look like the one below. There are separate doors in each cabin (so double doors) and likely all are by the entrance across from the bathroom (that's all I've seen so far and makes sense because of cabin layout), so likely less noise in the living/sleeping area. On the cabin info sticky, there aren't a lot of complaints about noise through the door so far. I think it is dependent on who your neighbor is, as one cabin was reviewed twice and one said it was quiet and the other said they heard the people next door.
