Is anyone experiencing issues with the manage my cruise tab? I have been trying to update my credit card for 3 days and it keeps erroring out saying there is a problem and they are working on it. Everything else seems to be working but that.

I'm in a FB group run by my Carnival PVP. Someone asked her yesterday about issues with online check-in and she checked with IT and was told they were aware of the issue and hoped to have it resolved within 24 hours.

 

Hope it doesn't affect anyone who left online checkin to the last minute!

I got same error yesterday morning while trying to print off my cruise documents. By early afternoon it was working and I got them printed off.
