How do I request a certain time for my time dining? is there somewhere on Holland website?

Do you mean Open seating? You can make reservations once on board by calling extension 88 or visiting a podium at the MDR or somewhere near the Canaletto.

Do you mean open/ anytime dining? Ie, not fixed dining?

 

If you have fixed dining your time is set at either early (around 5:30 or main (around 8:00 pm)

 

Any time/ open dining means you don't have a set time.

 

You can go any time the dining room is open.

 

reservations can be made up to 3 days at a time on board as long as it is not peak times. I think on most ships you can reserve up until 6:15 / 6:30 pm and after 7:45/ 8:00 pm. You can check on board.

 

There is no need for reservations though if you don't want to make them.
